1) Discussed potential new members and coaches.

2) AABA Important Dates were tentatively scheduled for:

a) Letters out -~3/7/08

b) Parent meeting – 4/8/08

c) Try-out day – 4/19/08

d) Draft day – 5/3/08

e) Super Saturday – 5/17/08

3) Discussed leaving the fees same as last year.

4) Discussed pictures: Mark Ripley will do pictures at Super Saturday and will also provide an

option for parents to purchase action shots of their children.

5) Tom Anderson will look for umpire superintendant.

6) New business for next meeting: Rule changes; new board members will be present.

7) Next meeting set for 2/11/08 at 7 p.m.
